Our maintenance level package is perfect for weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings. Great for routinely keeping your home in order. The following items are covered in the cleans:

Peak General and
Peak Deep Cleaning
Our Peak General and Peak Deep Cleans are a thorough, top-to-bottom cleaning of your home and require more time than a maintenance cleaning. They can be purchased as a one-time clean or are performed prior to starting service, the level of cleaning all depends on the needs of each individual home. The following items are covered in the cleans:
- Cob Webs removed
- Ceiling fan blades hand wiped
- Light fixtures hand wiped – in place, not removed
- Blinds & shutters vacuumed and spot wiped
- Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges wiped
- Baseboards hand wiped, all reachable areas w/out moving furniture
- Lamps, lampshades, pictures & knick-knacks hand wiped
- Furniture wiped and polished, fronts, sides, legs
- Top of refrigerator wiped
- Stovetop & drip pans scrubbed
- All Cabinets fronts wiped and if wood finished – polished
- All doors hand wiped
- Light switch plates wiped
- Counter tops & backsplashes washed
- All sinks scrubbed
- Tub/shower & tiles scrubbed and double scrubbed if build up
- All bathroom counters & fixtures washed

Peak Cleaning offers a self-directed cleaning service with all our specialized cleanings. What we mean by that is that we are happy to tailor the cleaning service to meet your needs.
No two homes are the same, no two clients are the same.
Peak Cleaning offers add-on services. Please ask us about any of the following:
- Washing Baseboards
- Inside large appliances (fridges and ovens)
- Inside and outside of cabinets
- Venetian Blinds and shutter cleaning – vacuuming and hand wiping with microfiber cloths
FOR ALL HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES
*It is presumed the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate cleaning.
*We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster. We cannot move heavy furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.
*We cannot guarantee the results of blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require multiple visits or a specialized blind cleaning service.
*Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
