Welcome to Peak Cleaning! By accessing or using our website, submitting a quote request, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our site or services. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or request our services.

1. Who We Are

Peak Cleaning is a locally owned residential cleaning company based in Fresno, California. We provide recurring and one-time cleaning services to homes and small offices in the Fresno and Clovis area.

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the website.
Copy, modify, or distribute any content without our written consent.
Submit false or misleading information when requesting quotes or services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our site at any time for misuse.

3. Quotes, Estimates & Bookings

All online quotes and service estimates are provided in good faith based on the information you share.

Final pricing may be adjusted after an in-home walkthrough or based on the condition and size of the property.

Bookings are not confirmed until you receive written or email confirmation from our office.

Reschedules or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

4. Payments & Refunds

A 50% deposit is due upon confirmation of service. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the cleaning.
We accept cash, check, credit card, or debit card. Please note that credit card payments incur a 3% service fee.
Peak Cleaning does not offer refunds. However, we stand behind our 24-hour Satisfaction Guarantee — if you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean that area at no additional charge.

5. Service Access & Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring our team has safe, unobstructed access to the home on cleaning day.
We require running water, electricity, and air conditioning to be working during all cleanings.
We do not move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials.
For everyone’s safety, pets should be secured and fragile or irreplaceable items should be stored prior to cleaning.

6. Liability

While our team takes every precaution to protect your property and belongings, Peak Cleaning is not liable for:

Normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage; or
Losses caused by delayed or rescheduled appointments due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, illness, traffic, etc.).

Our technicians are trained, background-checked, and insured. We will assess and handle any concerns in good faith.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and materials, are owned by Peak Cleaning or its licensors. You may not reuse or reproduce any content without written permission.

8. Third-Party Tools

Our site may include links or integrations with third-party platforms such as MaidCentral, GoHighLevel, Google, and review platforms.

We are not responsible for the content, performance, or functionality of those external tools or sites.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
